Cingular is going to test out some new billing. Since merging with AT&T Cingular customers have gotten free calls to both other Cingular users & AT&T wireless customers. Now Cingular is going to try giving them free calls to AT&T home-phones (regular land line) if this goes though wit could be a major push for Cingular.

For those that don't know, there ARE browser other than Internet explorer, and there are e-mail programs other than Outlook express. IMO the best two are from Mozilla.org both free & open source. Firefox is a fast, secure, browser, with lots & lots & lots of plugins that can make your life easier & more fun , built in ad-blocking & pop-up blocking, better security & faster speed are among the top features. Recently Firefox just made a new major release, Version 1.5 came out yesterday, version 1.5 of the Thunderbird e-mail client will come out within the next week . Newsforge is offering a nice review of the newest features. and if you haven't switched yet I highly recommend doing so now. http://www.mozilla.com/ for downlaods.
